Course Feedback:
The Committee continues to receive ad-hoc complaints from members regarding:
- issues related to public players being included into RGC competition tee-times
- public 9 hole players coming off the 9th tee, or coming straight from the car park and moving onto the 10th tee to play in RGCs allocated competition tee-spots
- slow rounds due to public groups/players playing ahead of, or in the competition field
- members names remaining on the pro-shop list despite advising of their cancellation
- members not being allowed to book into vacant RGC timeslots as they are ‘reserved for the public after our tee-sheet closes’
- golf rounds that are taking too long
These are not issues we can control but in order for course management to better manage their new RGC/public policy; with your assistance the Committee would like to collect and forward comprehensive feedback on a regular basis.
To this end, a dedicated email address has been established to collect member feedback (link can also be found on our booking system and our web site).

Please take the time to use this email address to provide feedback/photos. It is important that the feedback you provide includes the day/date/time that relates to the issue you are raising.
Positive feedback would also be most welcome!
